Three crevettes ( large prawns ) shell on, pan fried and smothered in a Garlic herb butter.

Three locally caught King Scallops on a bed of Black pudding with a pea & basil pesto.

 Rack of Lamb  cooked Pink with a fondant potatoe & either a Port reduction or a Mint sauce gravy . If the ladies would like the Lamb off the rack, Chef will oblige.  

 

Sirloin steak cooked to your choice with roasted vine tomato, field mushrooms & accompanied with  a salad  tossed in a vinaigrette dressing & a portion of thinly cut French fries   

 

Trio of Game, generally a mixture of  Pigeon, Wild duck and Venison  ( please check with the waitress for todays choice)  served with a Leek mash & a rich bordelaise sauce.

 

Oven baked Sea bass fillets  with a lightly spicedThai Stuffing, rice based wrapped in cabbage leaf
